1.Initiate a Return
Please send an email to contact@womolighting.com, including your order code, the number of items, the reason for the return, and photos of the opened or sealed package to check the status. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.
2.Ship the Item Back
Once the return is approved, the return address and packaging instructions will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3.Receive and Inspect Your Return
The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.
4.Refunding
Once the return is approved, we will refund to the original payment method. Please note that payment company may take additional time to process and issue your refund. To check the status of your refund, visit your Account > Orders History page.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund process will take 5-7 business days.
If you paid via PayPal, the refund process will take 1-3 business days
