• Before the order ships: we cancel it with no charge and refund the full payment.
• While the order is in transit: we cancel it with no cancel charge. You pay the return shipping to our overseas warehouse.

Within 30 days of the day you receive the order, you can request a return whether the reason is shipping or a reason on your side. You pay the return shipping to our overseas warehouse.

• If you no longer want the item, it is the wrong size, or the package has been opened, we deduct 10% of the actual payment amount. You receive 90% of that amount.
• If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item, and you email us within 15 days of receipt with photos or videos, we do not deduct the 10%.
• Orders over $3,000, assembled items, clearance items, customized orders, and accessories and parts cannot be returned.

Do not ship a return to the address on the Contact page. We email the return address after the return is approved.

• We replace the part or the fixture.
• If you send the fixture back instead, you pay the return shipping to our overseas warehouse. We do not deduct 10% for a defect, transit damage, or a wrong item reported in time.
