Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. |
To be eligible for a return & exchange
1. Your light fixture must be in the same condition it was received.
2. The light fixture must be unused.
3. Your return should include all items that were in the original package.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund back to the original method of payment
General Return Process
1. Initiate a return
You will be asked to send an email to contact@womolighting.com, which says your order code, number of items, reason for return, some photos of the opened package or packed package with seal label for checking the status and other requests. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.
2. Ship the item back
Once approving the return, returning address and packaging requirement will be emailed. You will be responsible for the returning costs. Suggest that you choose the carriers providing tracking number and signatures for returning as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3. Recive and Inspect your Order
Inspection take 1-2 weeks to process. Once we have received your return and finished inspection, you are notified of the result of reviewing refund.
4. Refunding
We will refund to your payment account after returned once the refund approved. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, we will refund your money to the same card once we receive your return. Refunds will take 5-7 business days.
If you paid with PayPal, we will refund your money to your PayPal account once we receive your return. Refunds will take approximately 1-3 business days.

Note that 10% of the actual payment amount = order amount - (service fee+packaging fee+shipping fee). That means that you will get 90% of the actual payment amount as refund.
Cancel Orders
To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@womolighting.com for instructions and assistance. It will take some time to process your request. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items
We will not accept returns in the following situations:
1. Without sufficient required information such as proof of purchasing. | ❌ |

3. Clearance or marked as "non-returnable" on the sales page. | ❌ |
4. Assembled. | ❌ |
5. Scratched or damaged due to improper unpacking, installation, cleaning by user. | ❌ |

Delivered damaged Items
Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us immediately (within 15 days of the receipt of the product) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by replacing the problem parts or the light fixture based on the situation. Please know that photos and/or videos are mandatory for our team to assess the issues and provide the best resolutions possible. If you wish to return the light fixture instead, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Again, we will always make it right by sending you replacements free of charge, provided that we receive high-quality photos and/or videos showing the defects.
Refund due to items not received
1. If you have not received your package within 60 natural days. You can apply for a full refund after emailing us. If the customer wishes to have the parcel re-shipped due to the incorrect address provided by the customer, the shipping cost will not be covered by WOMO.
2. The refund will be refused if you don't claim to have the package even if carrier get the receipt, but we can help you claiming compensation from the carrier by providing you with information about it.
3. Don't refund for the package lost in transit, But we will send you a brand new replacement package.
One Year Warranty
Any products come with one year warranty. You can contact us at contact@womolighting.com for any manufacturing defects during the period, which do not cover any normal wear and tear. WOMO LIGHTING reserves the right to ask for evidence (including photos and/or videos) of the defective parts and replace the parts based on our discretion. Only one incident is covered.
Notice:
