About Shipping

We support global shipping. But please note: not all regions are free shipping, please contact for shipping details: contact@womolighting.com

Handling time: 3-5 Business Days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Transit time: 7- 14 Business Days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier and its delivery to the customer’s address. Some large lighting fixtures that are oversized and cannot be transported by air require shipping, with a transportation time of approximately 40-50 day.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare.

If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first and then contact our customer service with the payment receipt and we will refund the tax to you.

If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.

Due to the particularity of lighting packaging, sometimes your product exceeds the size or weight, we will ship separately by default to reduce shipping costs. Womolighting offers free shipping. If your order was just sent out, please wait for 1-2 working days for the updated tracking info. If your order is already in transit and has had no update for several days, usually, it will be updated until the parcel reaches the next shipping station (may need 3-7 working days).

Returns & Refunds

If you have received a defective/wrong/stained item, please email us before returning anything so we can process the return for you and provide you with information for the return.
