If you return a product due to an incorrect size or a change of mind, you pay the return shipping to our overseas warehouse. Items must be unused and undamaged. Refunds will be issued after inspection and will exclude 10% from your payment amount as compensation to us.

Please send an email to contact@womolighting.com, including your order code, item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos of the opened or sealed package to check the condition. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.
2.Ship the Item Back
Do not ship the return to the address on the Contact page. Once the return is approved, we email the return address and packaging instructions. You pay the return shipping, whether the reason is shipping or a reason on your side. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3.Receive and Inspect Your Return
The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.
4.Refunding

The quality of this lamp is absolutely amazing! It was packaged extremely well, and everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage. The lamp looks exactly like the pictures, and I’m very impressed with its overall appearance and quality.
The only disappointment is the lighting. I specifically ordered a warm light, but the lamp came with a bright white light that is far too harsh. Unfortunately, there is no dimmer switch to adjust the brightness, which would have made a huge difference. I also find that the plug-in switch looks and feels very cheap and plasticky compared to the beautiful quality of the lamp itself.
Overall, it’s a gorgeous lamp, and I’m very happy with the design and craftsmanship. I just wish more attention had been given to the lighting and switch.

It's a beautiful yet simple lamp with a modern unique look. The light is very bright and can light up the entire place. Sometimes, it becomes too bright, so a shade would've been better to avoid the direct glare. Otherwise, it looks very nice in my living room.
So about a month after I ordered I received it, at first I didn’t get all the glass pieces. I went ahead and contacted them and was set up with another order to receive the rest and a month later I got them and finished it!
I was so happy when this finally arrived, which I had no indication of it happening. So it was a great surprise one morning, then took a short half hour to put together and arrange. Works great so far after I got an adapter for the cable. So so cute tho love it!
My boxes arrived in good order. All the parts of the lamp are securely packed and as my house build is a recent start, I will leave unpacking my gorgeous lamp until moving in, predicted to be for Christmas. That way the components will not be damaged.
It is a gift for the new house!
