Yes—our Black Friday offer applies on top of existing product markdowns. When a product displays a reduced selling price alongside a crossed-out price, the additional 15% or 30% discount is calculated from the reduced selling price, rather than the crossed-out price.

Only one discount code may be used per order. The Black Friday offer cannot be combined with another discount code. If a different code is already applied to your cart, remove it before applying the Black Friday offer.

Orders currently ship from China. After your order is confirmed, we prepare it and email a tracking number within 3–5 business days.

For U.S. deliveries, including all 50 states:

• Standard shipping: By sea, approximately 30 calendar days.
• Air shipping: Approximately 7–12 business days, where available. Any applicable air shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

Shipping estimates are separate from order preparation time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If you need your lighting by a particular date, contact us before ordering to discuss available shipping options.

Duties and import taxes are included in the checkout price. If a carrier or customs office requests an additional import-duty payment, contact contact@womolighting.com before paying.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping to our overseas warehouse is paid by the customer.

If you return an item because you no longer want it, chose the wrong size, or opened the package, 10% of the amount actually paid is deducted from the refund.

For a defective, transit-damaged, or incorrect item, email contact@womolighting.com within 15 days of receipt, including your order number and photos or videos. We arrange replacement of the affected part or fixture. The 10% deduction does not apply to these issues when reported within that period; customers choosing to return the fixture still pay return shipping.

Non-returnable purchases include orders over $3,000, assembled items, clearance or marked non-returnable items, customized orders, and accessories or parts. Further exclusions appear in the full policy.

The Early Access offer applies to qualifying purchases made during November 2–15, 2026, on WOMO’s U.S. storefront. All promotional thresholds are stated in USD.

The applicable discount is based on the qualifying order amount. Existing product markdowns may be combined with this promotion, but another discount code may not be used on the same order.
