Orders currently ship from China. Partner factories make the products. We select products and provide customer service in the United States.

Processing time
After the order is confirmed, we prepare it and email a tracking number within 3–5 business days.
Air shipping
Air shipping times are in the table. For Europe, air shipping is the default service. For the other destinations, air shipping is available when we can offer it. When air shipping is not already included, the fee is calculated at checkout.
Duties
Duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. Checkout will not add a separate import duty. You do not pay any extra import duty. If a carrier or customs office asks you to pay one, do not pay it. Email contact@womolighting.com and we will handle it.
Lost packages and customs holds
If an order is lost, sent back, or stuck at customs, email contact@womolighting.com. You can ask for a refund or a replacement.
