Once the track number is generated, we will notify you via email and enter the tracking number into the order details page. You can track the status of the shipment.
One year of free warranty is provided, and covers only one replacement in the event of defects in parts. However, a lifetime warranty is available for a fee, with charges determined based on the actual situation and offering unlimited replacements.

1.What if I receive a replacement item?
The protection plan will automatically transfer to the replacement item.
2.What if I return my product?
According to our return policy, all products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can return the product via the "My Orders" section in "My Account." Once the return shipping agent scans your product, your protection plan will be canceled.
3.Can I add a protection plan to a product I’ve already purchased?
You can purchase a protection plan within 90 days after purchasing an eligible product. To add a protection plan to your original purchase, go to the purchased product page and select the protection plan.
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
1.Initiate a Return
Please send an email to contact@womolighting.com, including your order code, the number of items, the reason for the return, and photos of the opened or sealed package to check the status. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.
2.Ship the Item Back
Once the return is approved, the return address and packaging instructions will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3.Receive and Inspect Your Return
The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.
4.Refunding
Once the return is approved, we will refund to the original payment method. Please note that payment company may take additional time to process and issue your refund. To check the status of your refund, visit your Account > Orders History page.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund process will take 5-7 business days.
If you paid via PayPal, the refund process will take 1-3 business days.

The bulbs we provide for free are high-quality LED bulbs. All lights with dimmer can be filtered on category pages.
In response to customer demand, we have launched the Dimmable Bulb Program, and this unique service will be available soon.
If you receive any damaged accessories, please contact us promptly for a replacement. We will cover the cost of replacement, and the accessories will be delivered within 2 weeks.
