The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.

My old fan worked, but the light was too dim, so, Saturday, I installed the womo fan but neither the light nor the fan turned on. The wires were hot (I turned breaker off during installation) but the fan is dead. I don’t know why it is not working.
I tried wiring the two yellow/green wires that came with the fan two ways. 1) I inserted them into the white plastic “cleat” along with the bare copper wire from the ceiling, and 2) I put the 3 wires into a wire nut (red wire nut in the photo I provided).
Can you recommend what I should do? Should I try wiring the fan differently?
Beautiful light. Fairly easy set up and instal, use the video not the paper.
Only grip is I cannot dim the light and cannot permanently pick a temperature. Turning it on and off quickly changes the temp. There is a noticeable delay of a second or more before the light turns on, from the switch and remote both.
Though it took time to arrive, the fan/light is exactly as expected. However, the light cover was chipped and cracked. Weird, as the packaging was perfectly protected. I was told 8-15 days to replace the part.
The unit arrived well packed and undamaged. All parts were present, including instructions. It’s a good looking contemporary unit which was easy to install. It operates very quietly and moves a lot of air. The light is perfect illumination. I’m deducting 1 star because it doesn’t dim. But I’m very satisfied with this great looking fan.
This is a beautiful fan! An accent piece. Once I found it online, I couldn't even consider anything else! The green color is beautiful and the fan blades are just lovely. I found similar alternatives online but none with quite the same craftmanship and Scandinavian look. The only downside that I noticed is the light can't be dimmed and it is very bright! So it's either light off or full brightness. The fan was packaged well. It took 6 weeks to get to me after ordering, so just note that it won't be there quickly! The customer service seems to be good, though. Our new home is being rehabbed before we move in, and only 2 days after this light was hung, a contractor accidently broke the light cover! I was devastated since we had just received it and had it hung, however customer service said they will send a replacement light cover. Thank goodness!!

This is a great fan/light. Very easy to install. And the light is very bright. The remote allows easy operation of light brightness and color. And fan can be adjusted easily. And we love the design. Recommend!
we installed two of these and LOVE them! They have multiple light settings as well as fan speed. They look very high end and have a great price point. Remotes are very nice and easy to use. The distance of hang down from the ceiling is really great, absolutely perfect. Great alternative to air conditioning. Can have fans on without the lights and vis versa! Very happy with the quality!

This thing is awesome. The fan speeds are incredible, even on the lowest setting you can feel air blowing. I love the lighting options and honestly my only concern is what would happen if the light bulbs go out. It's compact and looks great in a room. If you want a ceiling fan that actually blows air, this is the option for you. It is seriously awesome.
I purchased this ceiling fan to replace an old dated looking fan in my sons room. It was easy to assemble, the instructions are clear and took me about 30 min to assemble and mount after I removed the old ceiling fan.
It was easy to set up and works well. I like having the remote to control it, rather than using wall switches and pull cords for the light and fan. Really simplifies everything. Quiet and moves the air well.
