3.Can I add a protection plan to a product I’ve already purchased?
You can purchase a protection plan within 90 days after purchasing an eligible product. To add a protection plan to your original purchase, go to the purchased product page and select the protection plan.

It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3.Receive and Inspect Your Return
The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.
4.Refunding
