2.What if I return my product?
According to our return policy, all products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can return the product via the "My Orders" section in "My Account." Once the return shipping agent scans your product, your protection plan will be canceled.
3.Can I add a protection plan to a product I’ve already purchased?
You can purchase a protection plan within 90 days after purchasing an eligible product. To add a protection plan to your original purchase, go to the purchased product page and select the protection plan.

- If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement of the product or the affected parts, at our discretion.
- If you return a product due to an incorrect size or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused and undamaged. Refunds will be issued after inspection and will exclude 10% from your payment amount as compensation to us.

Please send an email to contact@womolighting.com, including your order code, item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos of the opened or sealed package to check the condition. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.
2.Ship the Item Back
Once the return is approved, the return address and packaging instructions will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3.Receive and Inspect Your Return
The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.
4.Refunding
Once the return is approved, we will refund to the original payment method. Please note that payment company may take additional time to process and issue your refund. To check the status of your refund, visit your Account > Orders History page.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund process will take 5-7 business days.

This pendant light is so pretty! The shape, the glass, the brass are chef’s kiss. Couldn’t be happier with it. Put it over my kitchen sink and love it so much! It was easy enough to install, I did it myself. You get a lot of cord to play with so it’s easy to adjust and the wires are clearly labeled. Quality for the price is worth it… definitely would recommend!
This is Such a pretty light!! Was a bit nervous ordering since at the time it only had one review and no images, but i'm now real glad I took the risk and did! It is the perfect size for the space I chose and casts such a beautiful light. It is very clear, so it doesn't soften the brightness of the bulb I chose. Just to keep in mind in case you want a less harsh light. Installation wise, it's not too hard to install, but not exactly easy. It's a bit more complicated than it could be, I wasn't the one to put it up, but the person who did struggled just a little. Overall though i'd definitely say it's more than worth it. It looks just as pictured, so so pretty and delicate.
