1.What if I receive a replacement item?

The protection plan will automatically transfer to the replacement item.

2.What if I return my product?

According to our return policy, all products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can return the product via the "My Orders" section in "My Account." Once the return shipping agent scans your product, your protection plan will be canceled.

3.Can I add a protection plan to a product I’ve already purchased?

You can purchase a protection plan within 90 days after purchasing an eligible product. To add a protection plan to your original purchase, go to the purchased product page and select the protection plan.

Return Conditions & Charges

  1. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement of the product or the affected parts, at our discretion.
  2. If you return a product due to an incorrect size or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused and undamaged. Refunds will be issued after inspection and will exclude 10% from your payment amount as compensation to us.

Please send an email to contact@womolighting.com, including your order code, item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos of the opened or sealed package to check the condition. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.

2.Ship the Item Back

Once the return is approved, the return address and packaging instructions will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

3.Receive and Inspect Your Return

The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.

4.Refunding

Once the return is approved, we will refund to the original payment method. Please note that payment company may take additional time to process and issue your refund. To check the status of your refund, visit your Account > Orders History page.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund process will take 5-7 business days.

As a lighting designer I can personally tell you that although the intricate skill of installation taking 2 hours after opening it, I highly recommend this piece. Because it is not a perfect circle, you can rotate it.

The good news: Now that it's assembled and hung, the light looks good. The bad news: This light isn't for everyone. It IS for you if you have: 1. 7-to-8 hours available to assemble it 2. Tiny, but very strong fingers 3. Considerable experience at untangling wires that more resemble a rat's nest rather than a light fixture. 4. A 10mm box wrench (not provided) 5. Unwavering patience 6. A double-jointed friend who can hang it, as it's exceedingly awkward once it's assembled. Be aware, that you must take each lighting rod (there are 42 of them), insert it into the main body, and then tighten it down with a threaded nut. Each rod is prewired. Consider that the wiring for each rod is stuffed into the center of the fixture where space is limited. Also, you must be careful that you don't accidentally cut or break or pull any of the wires. Additionally, you should hope that none of the rods are cross threaded. In our case we had to cut the associated wires, put the rod into a bench vise and fix the threads. Then we had to work it back into the fixture and repair the wires. Finally, consider that each rod has an individual LED element. These will burn out over time, and as you lose one, or two or three or more...the fixture is going to start looking pretty janky. As I said at the start, it looks good now, but it wasn't remotely worth the effort. I'm fairly handy with this sort of stuff and the whole mess almost ended up in the trash a couple of different times.
