Once the return is approved, the return address and packaging instructions will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3.Receive and Inspect Your Return
The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.
4.Refunding

We love this light in our office. We painted the whole room & ceiling a dark blue. The fun design really pops. Reasonable to put together and install. It still looks very nice.

I love the fixture and looks great it my space. It was easy to assemble. There were pieces missing but they sent them to me. It took around a month to receive and then around 2 weeks to receive the missing pieces as it comes from overseas but it was reasonable and you get a tracking number which keeps you informed. The reason I took a star off is because the lighting itself is not as bright. I wish it would be brighter. It is more an ambient light instead of a task light. All in all though, I was pleased with order process, shipment, customer service and final product!
