Please send an email to contact@womolighting.com, including your order code, item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos of the opened or sealed package to check the condition. The return request will be processed within 3 business days.
2.Ship the Item Back
Once the return is approved, the return address and packaging instructions will be emailed to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. It is recommended to choose a carrier that provides tracking numbers and signatures for returns, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
3.Receive and Inspect Your Return
The inspection process takes 1-2 weeks. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of the refund result.
4.Refunding
Once the return is approved, we will refund to the original payment method. Please note that payment company may take additional time to process and issue your refund. To check the status of your refund, visit your Account > Orders History page.

Trendy, modern and I’m in love! Hard to find I had to wait weeks but this style sells out everywhere. Takes time to put together but I love it! Will change entire decor to contemporary and this fixture is the first in my remodeled dining room. No regrets!

10/10 recommend. I was nervous of the negative reviews of how to assemble but I had zero issues assembling. A little tricky to instal but I still give this light 10/10 :) as long as you have 2 people to instal you will be fine.
Really high quality and looks great but very difficult to put together and the instructions are basically non existent. Luckily I’ve put a couple of challenging lights up before but do not attempt to do this yourself unless you want to get VERY tired and frustrated. Happy with how it came out though!

Took awhile to get but the assembly was not too bad and I am happy with the final result. Please beware this kind of lamp works best in a large room with high ceilings.
Very good surprise for Design enthusiasts, the notice is very basic but the assembly is relatively simple and is installed like any ceiling light. For the price it does the job.
Installing it is definitely a process. It takes some ingenuity to thread the wires through the polls. But the light looks so great and was worth it. Do yourself a favor and install a ceiling medallion as well. It takes the look up a notch.
The chandelier is chic! Very beautiful and high quality! Assembly, of course, is not the fastest, but nothing complicated. In 1,5-2 hours they collected and hung together. Hanging alone is unlikely to work. She's mobile. Whole bulbs, warm light, as I ordered. The packaging is great.
