  1. How long will my order arrive?
    Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
    This is related to the product model you purchased, the purchase quantity and the shipping destination.  You can send us your purchasing requirements, we will provide you with estimated arrival time
  2. How about the tax for wholesalers?
    Like most factories, Womolighting offers you a factory price, shipping and taxes are not included.  For specific taxes and fees, please refer to your local customs or relevant departments.
  3. About the type of lamp light source?
    Currently, the light sources used by Womolighting are as follows:

    LED bulb (E14/ E27/ G9/ G6.35):
    With high light efficiency (80~100lm/W) and long lifespan (about 15,000-25,000 hours), it has gradually replaced CFL power-saving (fluorescent) bulbs, and the unit price has gradually decreased.

    Yellow light (bulb color, color temperature 2700-3000K) and white light (daylight color, color temperature 5500-6500K) are generally available, and the color rendering index is mostly ≥ CRI85.

    ※ Suggestion for selection of commercially available bulbs: 
    As low-quality LED bulbs may have blue light hazard risks, photobiological safety risks, stroboscopic and poor heat dissipation resulting in short life, etc., which may affect user safety and experience, it is recommended to use well-known commercially available brands. To ensure safe use and a good experience.

    LED built-in group light source:
    The luminous efficiency and lifespan are similar to LED bulbs, but smaller in size, changeable in shape, and can be adjusted with a wall dimmer switch, so it is also popular among some customers.

    Most of the LED built-in light sources used by Womolighting are high-quality LED chips from internationally renowned brands with warm light (2700-3000K) and high color rendering (CRI>85).

    The research and development process pays attention to the matching of heat dissipation design and power drive to ensure that users have the best light experience in terms of brightness, color temperature, and lifespan.
  4. Replacement of dimmable light fixtures
    1. If you were buying a "dimmable light fixture" with tungsten/halogen bulbs
     → The tungsten/halogen bulb (same as the original factory matching bulb) still needs to be used when replacing the bulb. 
    → If you want to change to a "dimmable LED bulb", you need to try a commercially available bulb, because even if it is advertised as a "dimmable LED bulb", it may not match the dimmer, and there may be flickering or beeping.

    2. If non-dimmable energy-saving bulbs or LED bulbs are acceptable, you need to replace the lamp with an "ON/OFF switch" before using it. If you need modification services, please contact us for a instructions.

    3. If you buy a dimmable lamp with a "built-in LED light source", you don't need to replace the bulb. If it's damaged, contact us for repair.
